The production was handled by Dr Dre it features Eminem, Dr. Dre, 50 Cent, Sting , Method Man, Jelly Roll, Tom Petty, BJ The Chicago Kid, Jhene Aiko, Alus, KAAN, Smitty, Dem Jointz, Cocoa Sarai, Stalone, and Fat Money. Missionary follows his 2022 releases: BODR, his nineteenth studio album, and Snoop Cube $hort, a collaborative effort as part of the West Coast hip-hop supergroup Mount Westmore.
